a dream cooperation with TVN/Discovery

I had a great pleasure to work with TVN Discovery again. Just like last year - I co-wrote the script for the image campaign of the channel.

I had this idea in my mind for some time and I am thrilled that it has been produced this summer. The key for me was to show TVN Discovery as the TV channel which is at the highest European and world-class level. It guarantees always the best quality entertainment, remains close to its viewers and responds to their needs and viewing preferences at the same time.

In this spot, TVN stars have been accompanied by the first soloists of the Polish National Ballet, among all architectural and cultural treasures known to all of us, such as the Zachęta National Gallery of Art, the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw or Jablonna Palace. These cooperation have given us all the opportunity to participate in something absolutely unique ...

For me personally, it was another adventure, which I hope will be the beginning of many beautiful friendships.

Miałam ogromną przyjemność ponownie współpracować z TVN. Tak jak w zeszłym roku - współtworzyłam scenariusz do spotu wizerunkowego stacji.

Pomysł tlił się w mojej głowie od dawna i bardzo się cieszę, że tego lata został zrealizowany. Myślą przewodnią było ukazanie stacji jako tej, która będąc na najwyższym europejskim i światowym poziomie, pozostaje jednocześnie blisko widza i od zawsze gwarantuje Polakom jakość, wsłuchując się w preferencje widzów.

W tym wielopłaszczyznowym spocie gwiazdy TVN pojawiły się w towarzystwie pierwszych solistów Polskiego Baletu Narodowego, wśród znanych nam wszystkich perełek architektonicznych i kulturalnych jak Narodowa Galeria Sztuki Zachęta, Pałac Kultury i Nauki w Warszawie czy Pałac w Jabłonnie. Te połączenia dały nam wszystkim możliwość uczestniczenia w czymś absolutnie wyjątkowym...

Dla mnie osobiście była to kolejna przygoda, która mam nadzieję stanowić będzie początek niejednej, pięknej przyjaźni.

la grande bellezza

Have you seen the movie La grande Bellezza? Great movie of the excellent Paolo Sorrentino. His images speak to me very directly. Movies about the passing of time always stay with me for longer, especially if they consists a lot of unforgettable shots - as in this case. Who hasn’t seen it - be sure to put it on your list!

As probably crowds of tourists - we managed to reach the film Bar S. Calisto ... Well, I lied, in fact we chose the apartment two streets away to be able to visit it for several days ;)

Rome is a great place to present the values of the time passing, understood on many levels.

We are so tiny compared to the travel time for which we have a ticket ...

Widzieliście film La grande Bellezza? Wspaniały film znakomitego Paolo Sorrentino. Jego obrazy przemawiają do mnie bardzo bezpośrednio. Filmy o przemijaniu zawsze zostają we mnie na dłużej, zwłaszcza jak złożone są z niezapomnianych ujęć - jak w tym przypadku. Kto nie widział - koniecznie zamieśćcie na liście do obejrzenia!

Jak pewnie rzesze turystów - udało nam się dotrzeć do filmowego Baru... No dobrze, skłamałam, tak naprawdę wybraliśmy apartament dwie ulice dalej by móc w nim "bywać" przez kilka dni ;)

Rzym to wspaniałe miejsce do przedstawienia wartości jakie niesie ze sobą przemijanie rozumiane wielopłaszczyznowo.

Tacy jesteśmy malutcy w zestawieniu z czasem podróży na którą mamy bilet...

I have even a short film on one of the evenings in the S. Calisto Bar. It surely reflects the mood of a joyful spring night...

But it was recorded soooo late ... that it should stay in the home gallery forever ;)

Z jednego z wypadów do Baru S. Calisto mam nawet krótki film. Z całą pewnością oddaje nastrój radosnego wiosennego wieczoru...

W tajemnicy powiem Wam jednak, że był nagrany tak baaaardzo późno...że pozostanie na zawsze w zaciszu domowej galerii ;)

I start to believe in this now ;)

I am very happy to announce that the TVN spot for which the screenplay I co-wrote (see here)

has received a very special Award during

the PromaxBDA Europe in Amsterdam.

Our spot is a SILVER WINNER in a SET DESIGN category.

I would like to congratulate the set design artists who worked on this project and with their great efforts combined with incredible ideas achieved this fascinating result.

Let’s take a look on the international version of this spot once again!

Disney ponoć mawiał, że '“jesli potrafisz o tym śnić - równie dobrze możesz tego dokonać”.

Powoli zaczynam w to teraz wierzyć ;))
